By accessing and using SteamZone ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

SteamZone is a digital marketplace that facilitates the sale of gaming accounts. We provide a platform where users can purchase pre-owned gaming accounts for various gaming platforms and services.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • One account per person is allowed

4. Account Delivery

  • Game accounts are usually delivered via Discord or Instagram DM within 0–24 hours after payment verification
  • Delays may occur during high traffic or manual verification
  • We reserve the right to verify payment before account delivery

5. Prohibited Actions

You agree NOT to:

  • Resell purchased accounts without permission
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use accounts for illegal activities
  • Attempt to hack or compromise our systems
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

6. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full before account delivery
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment verification may take up to 24 hours
  • Fraudulent payments will result in account suspension

7. Refund Policy

8. Limitation of Liability

SteamZone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
